Návrh tematické turistické trasy v mikroregionu Kahan

This bachelor thesis deals with a suggestion of a theme-based walking trail for tourists. The goal of this thesis is to design a trail for a tourist educational nature trail in the Kahan microregion, based in the topic of a novel Pohádka máje, to design supporting materials and estimate the price of construction of the walking trail. The trail and its target group were designed in cooperation with the Kahan microregion. The preconditions of local tourism in the Kahan microregion were stated, the existing educational nature trails of the Kahan microregion were mapped and SWOT analysis of the suggestion was carried out. The result is a suggestion of the trail „Travels to Vilém and Helenka“ as well as information leaflet drafts and a worksheet. The conclusion offers possible options for future redesign of the trail and includes the estimated price of the construction of the route.

Change in the soil cover structure caused by soil sealing of land: an example from the hinterland of Prague.

The quality of soil intended for the housing development is the topic of diploma thesis. Frequently, the local soil of the highest quality is built on. For the purpose of this thesis there were 5 model areas defined: these are the areas of Roudnice, Říčany, Slaný, Vlašim, and Kolín. The thesis describes the quality of soil which is built on in these areas. The extent of housing development in these areas is specified on the basis of landscape plans. As such, it is possible to determine the quality of soil intended for the future housing development. Moreover, the thesis deals with the legislative protection of soil. Analysis of residential stability and satisfaction in Prague's suburban zone case study Říčany

The main aim of this study is the residential stability of the population in Prague suburban locality Říčany. The residential stability was studied in six localities of Říčany which varied according to the type of housing. Description of differences among the selected locations of Říčany can improve the development of similar localities in Prague suburban zone. Residential stability of people depends on factors that can affect it and it is necessary to include all these factors in the analysis. The most significant factor is residential satisfaction with the quality of housing. Qualitative research methods: were used primarily for this analysis: questionnaire survey and interviews with residents of selected localities. The results showed that the city Říčany rather belong to unstable residential communities in Prague suburban zone. Residential instability of the inhabitants is significantly influenced by dissatisfaction with their housing, but very important aspects are also age and life-cycle stages of the respondents. Field survey did not confirm any significant differences between the selected locations, but rather among the types of housing.
